Yoga and meditation were part of Nathalie's upbringing and she has a deep affinity to both.
She trained with Heather Mason of YOGAFORTHEMIND, learning breathing/pranayama,yoga asanas, meditation, therapeutic skills and neuroscience.
She is a yoga therapist for stress, anxiety and depression and yoga teacher (IYAT and Yoga Alliance registered) offering tools and practice to calm and lift the system for improved health and well-being (inspired yoga for the mind).
She is committed to sharing the benefits and tools of yoga and meditation to empower people to rebalance and to find more joy in life.
Classes for intuitive tailored sessions are 1:1 or in small groups.

Nathalie also teaches the 8 week Yogaforthemind course.
This course can be can be split between 2 people at £25 each per session which works out at £320 for 8 weeks including a manual and CD for you to keep.
Nathalie is multi-lingual in English, French and German.
In the past Nathalie managed projects for vulnerable people across London and worked in media.
She is also a French tutor and is committed to sustainability.
