Anita Kasonkomona graduated from Middlesex University with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Complementary Health Sciences specialising in Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medicinal alternative. The system and direction incorporates diet, massage, herbal medicine and lifestyle advice; a program specifically devised and tailored to the individual needs of clients. 


As a qualified Ayurvedic Therapist, Anita follows these ancient procedures and massage techniques that assist feelings of wellbeing. 


Ayurvedic acupressure (marma) massage incorporates the use of vital energy and pressure points that are mapped out in the rejuvenation programme, to promote wellbeing and pacify various health disorders.


Ayurvedic massage incorporates three different types of touch. In acupressure massage, activating (rajasic) touch is used stimulate metabolism and expel toxins. Liberating (tamasic) touch is deep tissue used to open and liberate the body’s channels.  Harmonising (sattvic) touch is used calm, pacify and nourish.  Abhyanga massage is a specific type of oil massage good for stress, anxiety and hyper-sensitivity.


Anita also offers consultations and treatment programs to women who need help with understanding the nature of the female cycle. This is designed to support the female body and psyche through its cyclical rhythms. As well as lifestyle advice, the program offers emotional and spiritual support where needed.
